Poplar Farms

Construction has commenced on the Poplar Farms, a 546-home development in Franklin, situated near Interstate 65 on the former Ingraham family’s cattle farm. The 300-acre site, overseen by developers Meritage Homes and Signature Homes, emphasizes preserving over 40% of the greenspace, aligning with the previous owners’ goals. The Meritage Homes, ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and priced around $500,000, will be complemented by amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and walking trails. Additionally, the Signature Homes, featuring vaulted ceilings and luxury finishes, will span 1,800 to 3,500 square feet with prices starting at $700,000. The development includes extending Market Street to Highway-96 and Murfreesboro Road, a $12 million project aimed at mitigating traffic along Clovercroft Road. Poplar Farms is scheduled to open for sales in early 2025.

Brandon Woods

The Enclave At Brandon Woods in Spring Hill, Tennessee, is a diverse neighborhood offering homes with various styles, sizes, and affordable price ranges. Homes for sale in this enclave range from approximately 1,500 to over 2,000 square feet, with prices spanning $243,190 to $370,000.

Arbor Ridge

The Arbor Ridge subdivision plan received final approval at the La Vergne Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting.  The plan involves rezoning a more than 226-acre property near Blair and Waldron roads for over 570 residences, with approximately 20 acres designated for potential commercial retail development. The completion is projected for 2029. 

Reese

Scheduled to debut in the spring of 2024, Reese introduces a new chapter in its legacy, deeply connected to its history as a beloved family farm. The community will boast 132 homes, comprising 69 townhomes and 57 single-family homes, blending heritage and modernity in a harmonious convergence. Reese aims to cultivate a thriving neighborhood, rooted in rich family traditions.

Lynwood

Lynwood in Mt. Juliet, spanning approximately 66 acres between East Hills and East Division streets, is made up of 120 single-family homes and 233 townhomes.  Off-site improvements include a multi-use trail, turn lanes, street extensions, and various amenities such as a pool, walking trails, a pavilion, and a dog park.

Arbor Valley

Arbor Valley is a residential project situated on the northern side of Beechcroft Road, to the east of Cleburne Road. Spanning 258.97 acres, the development is set to introduce 114 single-family homes, featuring residences with one and two-car garages.
